Meridien Ten has enthusiastic, professional, fun and LOCAL guides! Our tour leaders did a lot of training (in Croatia and abroad) and Meridien Ten will not run trips if our guides are not available at certain date! We completely understand the meaning of holiday, where you want to relax and recharge your “batteries”. Great guide will deliver the “final touch” to the perfect holiday and guest satisfaction, and we like to believe our guides are capable to do so (at least all the feedbacks confirm that).
Since Meridien Ten provides tours for smaller groups our engaging and knowledgeable guides will take care of you while on our active tours, show you local culture and provide personal service to each client!
Our office team consists of young and enthusiastic people who take care of the logistics and handle all the pre and post tour services. During the season office is “online” and offering 24h support, whether you are on a self guided or guided bike tour, or just renting a bike! The team is always happy to help or suggest great dining place or secluded cove where you can have a swim. Office team is also responsible for custom and bespoke tour itinerary development.
With more than 15 years in cycle business we have finally found bikes, which work great for cycle touring in Croatia. Our fleet consist of approximately 250 custom build road, hybrid, tandem, children and e-bikes. We have carefully chosen components, which are lightweight and durable! Whether it is hybrid or road bike, each type comes in 7 different frame sizes and with adjustable stem, so we are quite sure we can make great fit to any person. All the hybrid bikes have triple chainring and wide gear range so you will be able to climb those hills (and there are few on Dalmatian Islands). Road bikes have 2x11 gear system with bigger cassette, so hills are not a problem as well. For your comfort, we offer padded seats and several types of pedals. All of our bikes are equipped with pump, spare tube, tire levers and patch kit, lock, rear rack and cyclo computer. On our self guided trips you will receive small adjustable bag. We do have in our office different size panniers and handle bar bags. With each bike rental we can provide quality helmet, but always suggest to bring your own. Our bikes are serviced regularly by our mechanic, whether it was 1 or 30 day rental.

Our guides do make sure you come safely to your daily destination, but also make sure you know about the places you are staying in, local traditions, great restaurants and cool bars and other activities you have available. We support and, in a way, try to protect traditional culture, as well as present it to you; dinner arranged only at the very best restaurants or ultimate local cultural experiences; guests regularly ask “how on earth did you find this place?!” Back in our office in Split, our working hours do not stop when we close the office!
