I can't say enough about the team at Meridien Ten and the cycling trip my son and I took at the end of September.  We chose a six day self-guided tour and the team accommodated every question and itinerary change while we were planning, and then made the whole trip stress-free, providing everything from cycling routes to ferry tickets to great hotels, not to mention a whole guide-book's worth of tips and background information.  All that, plus riding was fantastic.  There are riding options every day depending on whether you want to take it easy or go hard, and being on our own, but well supported, we got to explore as much as we wanted. The staff at the office/store were organized, friendly, and helpful. English was spoken there, quite well. They gave us good advice about places to bike. The bikes were very nice and mechanically perfect. Returning the bikes was easy when we were done. Their shop is about 1/2 mile east of the ferry terminal which is on the east end of the promenade extends around the harbor and fronts the central tourist district and Diocletian's Palace. Meridien 10s team including Edita and Tomislav created a fantastic bespoke self-guided cycle itinerary for us from Split to Dubrovnik over 8 days.They continually kept in touch and updated us timeously when changes cropped up due to changing weather conditions. Their duty of care greatly appreciated. A trip of a lifetime - bikes were great, authentic hotels in great areas in the old town, an easy navigation app to use & fab local advice on dining out, history and culture. After much research, we decided to book this tour with a group of friends.  I am a very experienced traveler and could not be more pleased with the overall professionalism and wonder of this trip.  The Guides were absolutely amazing and truly made sure that each participant’s interests and ability was met with.  In addition to the incredible ride every day, the culinary and education of the tour was spectacular.  Additionally, when you map this tour versus other brands it is a much better value and experience.  I can recommend this with absolutely no reservation. Meriden Ten were amazing to work with  preparing and supporting us on our self-guided bike trip of the Dalmatian Islands. Their communication was excellent and they were helpful in decisions we had to make about our itinerary. Their gravel bikes were adequate for our trip and when one of the bikes had a small issue they were responsive and immediately helpful in delivering a new bike to the island we were staying on. My husband and I (both 61) spent 5 days cycling the AMAZING coast lines of Croatia! All carefully crafted by Meridien Ten. We road, swam, ate, drank, slept and repeat! Met amazing people, Accommodations were authentic, easy to find and close to everything. History, culture, beaches, cuisine, vino ... All wonderful! Phenomenal adventure! Love to do it again:)
